The rock drill is a kind of high efficiency air leg rock drill machine.It is widely used for blasting holes and other drilling projects in a quarries, railway construction, water conservancy construction and defence project facility.

It is suitable for drill level or gradient holes in medium hard or hard rock(f=8-18).The drilling depth can be five-eight meters. It can be matched with the FT140BD short air-leg or FT140B long air-leg to use in the basis of the width of rock.Also it can be fixed on drilling-vehicle or drilling-shelf.

To ensure the well lubricating.This rock drill may match FY200B oil reservior .

1..Machine has been filled with the rustproof oil before using . It should be washed before operation and reassembled with lubrication.

2.The dunghill should be blowed before link the air pipe or water pipe to avoid parts from being broken by dunghill.

3.Before operating the maching should check whether all parts are credible. The oil reservior should be filled with lubrication and then adjust the oil capacity.

4.When finishing operation,cut off water supply firstly and then keep turning for a moment to blow off the rest water to prevent parts from rusting.

5.Maintain that using machine at intervals. It should be checked at least one time weekly to clear the dunghill and replace the broken or unusable parts.
